Data we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• your delivery address;
• your order details and order notes;
• technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited (through cookies and similar tools).

How we use your data

• to process, pack and deliver your order;
• to contact you about your order (for example by WhatsApp, phone or email);
• to give customer support;
• to prevent fraud and keep our website safe;
• to measure and improve our website and advertising.

Payments

Where online payment is offered, it is processed by our payment partner CHIP (including FPX online banking and other methods they support). You enter your payment details on the secure CHIP or bank page. We do not see or store your card number, CVV or online banking password. For Cash on Delivery (COD), you pay the courier when the parcel arrives.

Who we share data with

We only share what is needed with: our courier (name, phone number and address, to deliver your parcel); our payment partner (CHIP and your bank); and service providers such as email and website hosting. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and advertising tools

We use cookies to make the store work (cart and checkout) and to measure our advertising, for example with the Meta (Facebook) pixel. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work.

How long we keep data

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting and legal reasons (normally up to 7 years for accounting records).

Security

We use reasonable steps to protect your data. Access to order data is limited to our team. No website can be 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. We will reply within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
