Products and prices

We try to show our products, colours and prices correctly. Photos may look slightly different on different screens. Some sets contain mixed colours and you cannot choose the colour. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We can change prices and promotions at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm or ship the order. We may cancel an order if the stock is not available, the price was shown wrongly, the address is not valid, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD): pay the courier when the parcel arrives. A COD fee of RM10 applies.
• Online payment: where offered, it is processed securely by CHIP (including FPX). We do not store your card or bank login details.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. We ship within Peninsular Malaysia only.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. Because our products are underwear, opened or worn items cannot be returned.

Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website, try to break its security, or place orders with false information. All photos, text, logos and designs on this website belong to IZZATY LUXE EMPIRE or are used with permission. Do not copy them without our written consent.

Limit of liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside our control, such as courier delays, natural events or internet problems. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product in question. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.
