Where we ship

We currently ship within Peninsular Malaysia only. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan are not open yet. We do not ship outside Malaysia.

Shipping fee

Postage is free for our orders in Peninsular Malaysia.

Courier

We ship with Pos Laju. Your parcel is packed in a plain plastic mailer bag.

Processing and delivery time

• We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 working days after the order is confirmed.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after shipping. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Public holidays, sales events and bad weather can cause delays.
• You will get a tracking number by WhatsApp or email after your parcel is shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in Peninsular Malaysia. A COD fee of RM10 is added to the order. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. The parcel cannot be opened before payment. Please keep your phone on and be ready to receive the parcel. If a COD parcel is refused or cannot be delivered after several attempts, we may not accept future COD orders from that number.

Delivery address

Please give a full and correct address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by a wrong address or an unreachable phone number.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days. See our Refund Policy.
